I’m in my sixties, I’ve done the people-pleasing, the late nights, the stress eating, the “I’ll take care of myself later.”
My face showed it before I was ready to admit it:

I didn’t want needles, surgery, or another expensive cream.
I wanted my face to reflect the strength, humor, and hard-won wisdom I’d earned.
That search led me to face yoga, a completely natural way to train the muscles of the face, improve circulation, soften tension, and gently reshape how you look — from the inside out.
